An Uzbek Silk on Silk Suzani

This lovely vintage Uzbek suzani is embroidered in silk on a silk foundation. It measures 58 inches x 88 inches. As the detail picture shows the workmanship is extremely fine, with classic colors of gold, french blue, brick red, soft bittersweet. The quality is incomparable in this piece. Exquisite. One rarely sees such classic colors on a gold silk foundation. Could be an amazing covering for a one of kind ottoman or hall bench.
